We are Mark & Caroline Minshall, a husband & wife team, specialising in capturing luxury weddings at exclusive castle venues. Caroline also does a lot of personal branding business photography and Mark produces promotional videos for corporations Nationwide also.

How did we get here?

Our own love story began when travelling through Western Australia in 2004, capturing photographs and filming our adventures. Since meeting, we’ve been inseparable, and now live in North Sligo with our 2 sons.
Our journey to Pink Lime Studios was unconventional. Mark’s background as an electrician and Caroline’s experience in the film and arts sectors laid the groundwork. Together, we pursued our passion projects, including a documentary about an Ugandan orphanage, where we immersed ourselves in capturing compelling stories. Combining Mark’s technical prowess with Caroline’s keen eye for beauty and romance, we established Pink Lime in 2009. Specialising in luxury weddings, we bring dreams to life with our expertise and meticulous attention to detail. Caroline Minshall

Caroline completed a Try-a-Triathlon in 2024, which she’s delighted about as it re-ignited her late love for running. She’s also super fond of sea swimming, winter dipping & cycling. Kayaking is her go-to for mind calm, and she looks forward to travelling the globe again one day, but for now what’s most important to her & Mark is their family and raising their 2 sons to be good, kind folk.

Mark Minshall

Mark (a.k.a. Buff) loves cold water dipping too. A Pickleball and Badminton junkie, you’ll find him down Sligo racquet club most evenings! He rocks DIY and can fix almost anything, when he’s not fishing with the boys or producing music on his korg groove boxes – when he finds a spare hour!
