Mark & Caroline Minshall

We are Mark & Caroline Minshall, a husband & wife film and photography duo, specialising in luxury weddings, at exclusive castle venues, business photography and corporate headshots. Our love story began traveling through Western Australia in 2004, capturing photographs and filming our adventures together. Since then, we’ve been inseparable.

How did we get here?

Residing in North Sligo with our 2 boys, our journey to Pink Lime Studios was unconventional. Mark’s background as an electrician and Caroline’s experience in the film and arts sectors laid the groundwork. Together, we pursued our passion projects, including a documentary about an Ugandan orphanage, where we immersed ourselves in capturing compelling stories. Combining Mark’s technical prowess with Caroline’s keen eye for beauty and romance, we established Pink Lime in 2009. Specializing in luxury weddings, we bring dreams to life with our expertise and meticulous attention to detail. Caroline Minshall

Caroline’s most recent great love is running. She completed a Try-a-Tri in 2024, and that got it back! She’s also super fond of sea swimming, winter dipping & yoga. Kayaking is her go-to for mind calm, and she looks forward to travelling the globe again one day, but for now what’s most important to her & Mark is their family and raising their 2 sons to be good, kind folk.

Mark (a.k.a. Buff) loves cold water dipping too. Pickleball is his new great love, and Badminton always. You’ll find him down Sligo Racket Club most days! He rocks DIY, building sheds and can fix almost anything, when he’s not producing music on his korg groove boxes – if he ever finds a spare hour!
