We’re a husband & wife team, specialising in capturing glorious weddings and events. For us, it’s about more than creating beautiful photos and videos – we genuinely LOVE meeting new people and helping them achieve images they can be really proud of. The feedback we hear most often is how relaxed and comfortable our couples feel with us by their side.

We also create personal branding business photography and promotional videos for corporations Nationwide.

How did we get here?

Our own love story began when an Irish girl and English boy met – whilst travelling Western Australia in 2004. Inseparable since, we have now settled in Caroline’s hometown of Sligo, got hitched and have two fabulous boys.
Our journey to Pink Lime Studios was unconventional. Mark’s background as an electrician and Caroline’s experience in film production and the Arts world laid the groundwork.
Combining Mark’s marvellous tech brain with Caroline’s keen eye in beauty and romance, we established Pink Lime in 2009. Specialising in luxury weddings, we bring dreams to life with our calm vibes and meticulous attention to detail and most importantly, our huge LOVE for meeting and working with amazing new loved-up couples from all over the world!

Caroline Minshall

Caroline completed a Try-a-Triathlon in 2024, which she’s delighted about as it re-ignited her love for running & cycling. She’s also super fond of sea swimming, winter dipping, sewing & baking. She looks forward to travelling again with Mark, but for now what’s most important is their family and raising their 2 sons to be good folk.

Mark Minshall

Mark (a.k.a. Buff) loves cold water dipping too. A Pickleball and Badminton junkie, you’ll find him down Sligo racquet club most evenings! He rocks DIY and can fix almost anything, when he’s not fishing with the boys or producing music on his korg groove boxes!
